We are seeking strongly qualified candidates, who are detail oriented, efficient, highly organized and who strive to be the most awesome version of themselves every day! Data processing skills are a must, such as working with Google spreadsheets, Data progress reports, and analyzing Google Analytics. The focus on this position will be to provide Administrative assistance with our Operations, Marketing, Accounting and Executive teams.

POSITION DESCRIPTION & DUTIES:
- Email platform management (setting up/managing emails) with Ontraport and/or Mailchimp
- Excel Spreadsheet tasks with sorting, subtotaling, grouping functions
- Google Spreadsheet and Google Analytics tasks
- Create and Update Progress Reports
- Other General Administrative tasks
- Communicate on Skype w/ Manager and Team
WORK HOURS – REQUIREMENTS: 40 hours/week, 8 working hours/day, Monday – Friday. We are looking for a candidate who can work the Night shift: 7:00pm – 4:00am in Philippine time zone to match up a schedule with US and abroad.
COMPENSATION: This position pays $ 696.00 US per month/ $ 4.00 per hour. Payments are made via wire transfer, offered either monthly or bi-monthly. We provide a 30-day trial start up with regular company status offered once a satisfactory 30-day Performance Review is passed.
COMPANY POLICIES: Our selected candidate must have outstanding written and English speaking skills, and be comfortable with voice chat meetings in Skype. Once hired, must possess and maintain their own costs for a computer, dependable high-speed Internet, and working headset for voice chat meetings whenever requested.
Independent Contracting does not provide Employee Benefits such as pay for lunch hour or breaks, vacation pay, holiday pay, sick leave, or health insurance. All pay is based on actual hours worked and tasks completed. All time is monitored and tasks tracked using a reporting system. Must complete Company orientation training. Must be willing to dedicate time exclusively to the job during working hours.
Must be comfortable to work directly with your Manager and our company Associates daily during working hours. A good fit for our company is someone who can work with instructions given, complete their tasks on their own with little supervision in a timely manner.
